Our trucks hold about 450 cubic feet — roughly the bed of a big pickup with high sides. Most people underestimate a garage by one size, so if you're between two, pick the bigger one and we'll charge the smaller if it fits.

Base load prices before the 8% service fee: minimum $179, quarter $279, half $389, full $579. In-between sizes (an eighth, a third, three-quarters) exist too and price in the same steps when you book online. Per-item disposal fees above are added on top; no job is ever below $119.
Three things that make it go fast.
Mark the keep pile
- ✓Blue tape on anything staying, or move it to one corner. The crew won't touch it.
- ✓Drain the fuel from mowers and edgers. Full tanks can't ride in the truck.
- ✓Pull the car out if it's in there — and pull it far enough back for the truck to reverse to the door.

- ✓Leave a keypad code in the booking notes, or ask a neighbor to open up.
- ✓Photos of what goes, texted to us beforehand, mean no guessing on the day.

How much does a garage cleanout cost in Palm Beach County?
We price by how much of the truck you fill, with the 8% service fee included: $193 for the minimum pickup, $301 for a quarter load (about one wall of shelving), $420 for a half load (a one-car garage's worth) and $625 for a full load (a packed two-car garage). Same-day adds 25%, next-day 10%, weekends 15%. The exact number is shown before you pay.
What can't you take from a garage?
Paint, propane tanks, batteries and tires can come along with a small per-item disposal fee set by our pricing engine: $10 per can of paint, $5 per propane tank, $5 per battery, $5–20 per tire depending on size. We can't take chemicals, solvents, pesticides, pool acid or anything else classed as hazardous waste — Palm Beach County's Solid Waste Authority accepts those free at its home chemical drop-off.
Do I need to sort or bag anything first?
No. Point at what goes and the crew does the rest, including boxes that have gone soft from the humidity. If you want tools, bikes or sports gear donated rather than dumped, set them aside and say so; the crew keeps them separate.
How long does a garage cleanout take?
A quarter load is usually under an hour. A full two-car garage is typically two to three hours with a two-person crew, including the sweep.
Can you do it while I'm at work?
Yes, if the garage can be opened for us — a keypad code, a neighbor, or you unlocking the side door. You get before-and-after photos by text, and payment only settles once the job is marked complete.
What if my garage is more than one truckload?
