Most people would rather see a good sofa get a second home than a landfill, and so would we. But South Florida charities are strict, and the humidity has already made a lot of decisions for you. Here is what actually happens.

Four to seven pieces take 10% off the item total, eight to fifteen 15%, sixteen or more 20% — that's how a whole bedroom set ends up cheaper than it looks. Same day +25%, next day +10%, weekends +15%. Disassembly $25 per item, stairs $15 per flight. Prices are for Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Brevard; we don't add travel fees within the service area.
Four things that make it go fast.
Book the elevator. Most Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Brevard condos want a reserved window and pads on the elevator. Do that with management, then put the window in your booking notes.
Empty them. Drawers out or taped shut, cushions on, nothing inside the sleeper. Anything you want to keep, move it out of the room so it's not in the path.
Clear a lane. Rugs rolled, plants moved, the front door propped. A sectional needs a clear turn at every corner.
Stairs, narrow doors, condition. Flights of stairs, a door under 32 inches, water damage or bed bugs — in the notes, so the right crew and gear arrive the first time.

How much does furniture removal cost in Palm Beach County?
We price by the piece and show the total before you book: a sofa is $119, a sectional $169, a recliner or dresser $99, a dining table $99, a coffee table $59, plus an 8% service fee. Every job has a $119 minimum, so a single small piece is $119 all-in. Four or more pieces get 10% off, eight or more 15%, sixteen or more 20%. Same-day pickup adds 25%, next-day 10%, weekends 15%.
Do you carry furniture down from upper floors or condos?
Yes. A two-person crew carries everything out by hand — elevators, stairwells, parking garages. Stairs beyond the ground floor are $15 per flight. If your building requires an elevator reservation or a loading-dock window, book that with management first and tell us the time; we'll match it.
Will you donate my furniture instead of dumping it?
When a piece is in resale condition, our crews route it to donation or reuse first. Be realistic about what qualifies: most South Florida charities refuse stained, torn or pet-damaged upholstery, sleeper sofas with damaged mechanisms, particleboard that has swollen from humidity, and anything with signs of bed bugs. Those go to a licensed transfer station.
Do I need to take the furniture apart first?
No. If a bed frame, desk or wall unit has to come apart to fit through a door, we do it for $25 per item — just tick "needs disassembly" when you book so the crew brings the tools. Sectionals separate into their pieces at no charge.
Can you pick up a single sofa today?
Usually, yes. Same-day pickup adds 25% to the item price, so a single sofa is $161 all-in today, $129 with two days' notice. Book online and you'll see the slots open for your address.
What if the furniture is wet, moldy or has bed bugs?
Tell us when you book. We still take it — it just skips donation and goes straight to disposal, and the crew bags or wraps upholstery with bed-bug evidence before it goes through your building. Water-logged sofas and mattresses weigh two to three times their dry weight; that's normal after a South Florida storm and doesn't change the price.
