Estate cleanout in Southeast Florida, priced by the truckload. From $193.
A parent's condo, a storage unit, a whole house after the estate sale. You choose how much of a truck it is; the number is fixed before anyone drives over, and you don't have to be in Florida to make it happen.
Weekday pickup with two or more days’ notice. Nothing added at the door.
Book at this priceOne truck, five sizes, no hourly meter.
Estate cleanouts elsewhere are often quoted by the hour with a crew minimum, so the number grows while you're not there to watch it. Ours is set by how much of the truck you fill. It comes from the same engine that prices every job on app.goumuve.com, and the only things that move it are how fast you need us and whether it's a weekend.
| Load | What usually fits | Base | All-in, weekday | All-in, same day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1/8 truck | One room: a bedroom set, a dresser, a dozen boxes | $179 | $193 | $242 |
| 1/4 truck | A studio, or a one-car garage packed to the door | $279 | $301 | $377 |
| 1/2 truck | A one-bedroom apartment, furniture included | $389 | $420 | $525 |
| 3/4 truck | A two-bedroom condo after the estate sale has taken the good pieces | $489 | $528 | $660 |
| Full truck | A two-bedroom home, everything down to the drawers and the lanai | $579 | $625 | $782 |
All-in includes the 8% service fee. Next-day adds 10%, weekends add 15%, and same-day on a weekend adds both. A three-bedroom house that hasn't been sorted is usually two loads or more — text photos to (844) 435-6005 and you'll have a fixed number for the whole job before you commit. Heavy pieces like a hot tub or a piano are priced as items, not volume.
Sorted as we go, not just thrown in.
- 1WALK
A walkthrough with you, or on video
Room by room: what stays, what's spoken for, what goes. If you're out of state, the crew lead does it on a call with you before touching anything.
- 2SET ASIDE
Personal and valuable things go in one box
Papers, photographs, jewelry, cash, keys, medication, anything with a name on it. Shown to you or your representative before the truck leaves. We don't decide what matters — you do.
- 3SORT
Donate, recycle, dispose
Usable furniture, housewares and clothing are offered to donation partners in the home's county when they'll take them. Metal, wood and electronics are separated at the transfer station where facilities allow.
- 4CARRY
Out by hand, floors protected
Elevator padded, corridor floors covered, doors held. Condo rules followed to the letter, because the management office will be watching.
- 5CLOSE
Swept, photographed, done
Every room broom-swept. Before-and-after photos land on your phone, which is usually what the listing agent or the probate attorney wants next.
Four things that make it go smoothly.
How we get in. A lockbox code, the building manager, a neighbor with a key. Put it in the booking notes and you don't need to fly down.
Tag what stays. Painter's tape and a marker on anything the family is keeping or the estate sale is still selling. Everything untagged goes.
Reserve the elevator. Most Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Brevard buildings need a service-elevator window and a certificate of insurance on file. Send us the manager's email; we'll handle the COI.
After the sale, before the listing. Estate-sale companies usually need the home clear within a couple of days of the sale closing. Book that window when you book the sale.
Estate-sale companies, senior move managers, attorneys, property managers.
The after-sale clearout is the job we do most for you: the sale ends Sunday, the listing photos are Wednesday, and everything left has to be gone in between. Set up an account once and every property after that is one text and one invoice.
- ✓Standing rate card on file — same price every property
- ✓Priority scheduling in the 48 hours after a sale
- ✓One invoice per property, payable by the estate
- ✓Before-and-after photos for your client file
- ✓Realtor referral credit on listing preps

What families ask before they book.
How much does an estate cleanout cost in Palm Beach County?
We price by the truckload, all-in: $193 for an eighth of a truck (one room's worth), $301 for a quarter, $420 for a half, $528 for three-quarters and $625 for a full truck — each including the 8% service fee, on a weekday with two or more days' notice. Same-day adds 25%, next-day 10%, weekends 15%. A typical two-bedroom condo runs one to two full loads; homes with more than one load are quoted from photos so the number is fixed before the crew arrives.
Can you clear the home if I live out of state?
Yes. Most estate cleanouts we do are arranged by heirs who aren't in Florida. Book online with the address, leave access instructions (lockbox code, building manager, a neighbor with a key) in the notes, and we send before-and-after photos to your phone when the job is done. The price is fixed at booking, so there's nothing to negotiate at the door.
What happens to items that are still usable?
We sort as we go. Furniture, housewares and clothing in usable condition are offered to donation partners in the county where the home is, when they accept them; what they can't take goes to a licensed transfer station where wood, metal and electronics are separated for recycling where facilities allow. We don't publish diversion percentages because they depend on what's in the home.
What if we find documents, photos or jewelry?
The crew sets aside anything that looks personal or valuable — papers, photographs, jewelry, cash, keys, medication, firearms — in one box for you or your representative, and points it out before the truck leaves. We don't shred or destroy documents; if the estate needs certified destruction, ask us and we'll recommend a service.
Do you work with estate-sale companies and senior move managers?
Yes — the after-sale clearout is the job we do most often for them. Businesses can set up an account at goumuve.com/partners for one invoice per property, priority scheduling and a standing rate. Realtors who refer a listing prep get a referral credit.
Can you do a condo with elevator rules?
Yes. Tell us the building when you book. Many Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Brevard buildings require a reserved service elevator, a move-out window and a certificate of insurance on file with the management office — send us the manager's email and we'll get the COI over before the day. Our crews pad the elevator and protect common-area floors.
