Renovation debris goes to a construction-and-demolition facility, not the household trash stream, and those facilities charge by the ton. Our per-yard price already includes the tipping fees. What we can't take is the stuff no junk truck should touch.

We don't take
- –Anything that may contain asbestos. Popcorn ceilings, 9×9 floor tile and mastic, some pipe insulation and older siding need testing and a licensed abatement contractor — not a junk truck. If the house is older and you're not sure, test first.
- –Wet paint, solvents, fuel and chemicals. Palm Beach County's household hazardous waste program takes them free from residents.
- –Loads that are mostly concrete or masonry. We can often do it, but it's quoted from a photo — see the heavy-debris note below.

A cubic yard is a three-foot cube. Here's what that looks like.
Nobody has a tape measure out at the end of a demo day, so use the pile. These are rough guides for typical South Florida remodels — a photo gets you an exact count before you book.
- 1yard
A 3 × 3 × 3 ft cube — 27 cubic feet. About what fits in six or seven contractor bags of drywall, or a stack of broken tile the size of a washing machine.
- 2–2.5yards
A level load in a full-size pickup bed. Most people's mental unit. Two of these and you're at the five-yard mark.
- 3–5yards
A bathroom gut — wall and floor tile, tub or shower surround, vanity, toilet, the drywall behind it. Under five yards is the $45 list rate all the way.
- 6–10yards
A kitchen demo — cabinets, countertops, flooring, a wall of drywall. Beyond five yards each additional yard is $60: that's the rate real C&D disposal costs at this scale, and it's the same curve our commercial loads follow.
- 10+yards

Two rates, one fee, a floor.
The price is set by the same engine that prices every job on app.goumuve.com. The first five yards bill at $45 each. Every yard after that is $60 — disposal is billed to us by the ton, and past five yards that's what it actually costs. An 8% service fee goes on top, and no job is less than $119.

Same-day pickup adds 25% to the debris subtotal, next-day 10%, weekends 15% (they stack), then the 8% fee. Debris is priced by volume, so it doesn't earn the multi-item discount furniture does. Heavy loads: tile, concrete and roofing are dense and facilities charge by weight — a load that's mostly masonry may need to be split across trips or quoted from a photo first. Four things that make it go fast.
Driveway, garage or side yard. A pile we can back up to loads in a fraction of the time. Inside the house is fine too — just tell us which floor.
Drywall in contractor bags, tile in buckets. Not required — the price is by volume either way — but fewer trips to the truck means we're gone sooner.
Or tell us you didn't. Lumber with nails and screws still loads; we just need to know so nobody grabs it barehanded.
